A no cook snack that’s not just super simple to make but loaded with nutrition too.
Wash the poha twice very well, drain the water completely & keep it aside.
In a bowl mix the coconut, jaggery & salt.
Massage them together to combine it very well.
Now add the poha to this mixture & mix it thoroughly.
Do a taste test to see if you’d like to add more jaggery.
